Prior to your visit, please take time to review and familiarize yourself with our policies.

New Clients

We look forward to meeting you and your pet. Our three-step intake process will ensure that you and your pet are comfortable and get the best possible service.

  • Call to schedule your initial consultation. You and your pet will tour the facility and we’ll outline a care plan and schedule your pet’s spa day.

  • Optionally, create a profile for yourself and your pet with Paw Partner. This will help us better serve you, but is not required.

  • Bring your pet to us for their scheduled spa day and rest assured knowing that they are in the best possible hands.

Returning clients

We look forward to pampering your pet again. Simply call to schedule your pet’s spa day. Here are a few things to do before you book.

  • Double-check your pet’s vaccination status on Paw Partner to avoid delays in your appointment.

  • Walking your pet in advance of their spa day helps to minimize stress factors for your pet.

  • Check your pet’s fur to make sure they do not carry any parasites. We appreciate you helping us maintain a clean, safe facility.

Cancelation

We understand that sometimes things happen and schedule conflicts arise. Please call no less than 24 hours before your pet’s spa day if you need to cancel or reschedule.
